We help our partners build out their technology teams. The model is simple: 1. You are creating a new team or building up an existing one. Maybe you need additional resources for a month or two. 2. We will analyse your requirements and provide suitable candidates. 3. We agree on suitablity and terms and starting integrating the candidates into your organisation/team ( a little bit of handholding for the first few weeks ) 4. You direct the work, meet daily with the team ( recommended ) while we supprt in the background. 5. Once your project is finished, you can release the team back to us or retain them on a part-time basis. We're flexible in how we work and will match your needs. e.g. We can provide developers on a day rate, monthly terms, for a certain number of days per month both short-term and long term.
