Kos Sauna

Kos is a floating sauna oasis, inspired by the stunning fjord saunas of Norway, where people revitalize their senses together. With a target opening date of September 2025 on Saratoga Lake, NY, we will be one of the first public floating saunas on the east coast of the United States. During 90-minute shared or private sessions, customers are encouraged to enjoy cycles of heat, a refreshing dip in the lake, and a brief rest in order to unlock proven physical and mental benefits. We are a membership-based, community-driven business offering drop-in sessions, private rentals, annual and monthly memberships, rituals and ceremonies, sensory and art-based experiences, company team-building, special events, and partnerships with local businesses, hotels, resorts, and spas. An affordable price point makes the sauna an accessible part of daily life and fosters social connection, especially in northern climates during the cold and dark winter season.
