Kosher Arabia was a pioneering joint venture between Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) and CCL Holdings, established to provide high-quality kosher-certified meals to the airline, hospitality, and events industries in the Middle East and beyond.
As the region's first dedicated kosher catering facility, Kosher Arabia set new standards in culinary excellence by combining meticulous kosher certification processes with innovative gastronomic creativity. Our meals adhered to the highest standards of kashrut, certified by Orthodox Union (OU) and UOS. Kosher Arabia’s kitchen was led by a talented team of chefs and supported by industry-leading food safety protocols.
