The current Kothar Group platform is composed of several operating groups, each with a common focus on the business of heat transfer. Funds managed by the Private Equity Group of Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES), a leading global alternative investment manager, and a consortium of private investors led by Drakewood Capital Management, a global, specialist metals manager, have made an investment in the company. We function as a growth platform for our current operating groups and for new companies that can add value to support our vision. Our organization currently operates six facilities in North America that fabricate critical components for a range of residential, commercial, and industrial uses. We are the market leader in our field, and we differentiate ourselves with core intellectual property in materials, specialized tooling, process expertise, and know-how.
