Kovered

Kovered is an on-demand medical service search application. The results shown in application is based on the user's location and proximity. Our current algorithm in alpha version includes location, distance, service category, service subcategory only. This can be changed according to future search result display strategies and planning. Application also collects the user health and general data which can be used in future version of application where we can book the appointment for hospitals and doctors directly. Our search functionality algorithm is unique and takes up to 5 variables to display the customized result. The purpose of this document is to collect, analyse, and define high-level needs and features of the Covered Application. It focuses on the capabilities needed by the stakeholders and the target users, and why these needs exist. The details of how the Covered Application fulfils these needs are detailed in the use-case and supplementary specifications.
