Kozi Course

Our specially designed course allows each student to gain a fundamental understanding of the technologies being used in industry today, learning alongside friends in a safe and friendly environment. We run courses for all skillsets and various ages at Kozi - enthusiasm is the main thing! Most of our students are either on gap years or at university (many not studying/never having studied computer sciences). This course is not just for people who would like to learn to code, but for anyone wanting to enter the tech industry, in any capacity. Just having an understanding is key for success in today’s world, where technology plays such a massive role, and this course can help students to hold their own in conversations and in the workplace with regards to the technical side of a business. Those wishing to pursue UX and coding will find the course especially beneficial, at Kozi there are no stupid questions, and students are encouraged to support one another and work together to achieve the week’s tasks. No prior knowledge is required, this is a beginners course. Those with an understanding of a coding language will be able to consolidate their knowledge, work together with like minded students on fun initiatives and meet new people, as well as access the network of professionals that the course provides. Expert coaching from young professionals, family run accommodation, and dinner parties each evening make for a fun and productive week of learning and collaborative research. The course structure allows students to spend 3 days working in small teams on a coding project, and 1 day learning about the UX Design process, and how to implement great design in a project.
