The company was founded back in 2019 by Jay Dave who holds a great grip in designing conceptual content for businesses that provide value to their potential customers. Jay was a content creator and a freelance social media manager to many reputed businesses before starting the company and he is into the field of Digital Marketing since 2016. He use to implement everything he learns on his platforms such as blogs and social media platforms, and once he got the confidence that he will now be able to provide the level of services to his customers for their businesses, he started KPI Boosters. In 2019 Jay turned KPI Boosters from a proprietorship firm to a government-registered LLP company and since then he never looked back. Currently, KPI Boosters LLP holds all the required documents and compliances that a proper startup may require to gain the trust of its clients. Jay is into the field of Marketing since 2006 and has experience in performing hardcore sales activities. Before he started building his knowledge in Digital Marketing, he use to work for several companies where his jobs were involved performing the traditional marketing techniques to sell stuff. Coming from a ground level, he knows in-and-out of marketing, but along with his work, he also knows that employees are not being handled in a way that they must be treated in any organization. And in this regard, Jay loves the concept of Garry Vee and has a dream to build a company where there is no boss, no targets, no pressure, no morning meetings, no harassment, and nothing that can be counted as an atmosphere that's not a positive one to work at. He believes in working for his employees rather than his employees working for him.
