We have been involved in multiple managerial challenges in North America, Northern & Southern Europe, Middle East, Asia and China. M&A integration: post-acquisition strategy. Ensuring that full business value is delivered through efficient execution including communication, individual on-boarding of key staff and performance tracking. Operations: Ensuring complete alignment with business strategy, development of effective customer centric supply chain and operations, improvement of S&OP processes with better integration with Sales & Marketing. In order to deliver such a variety of support, KPIRO capitalizes on Pierre’s own experience of over 35 years, and, it can also mobilize a network of experts that have proven long time experience in their specific fields.
