When we started, the IT scene in Nepal was in its infancy. There was a massive potential with clients worldwide seeking our services but quality developers and engineers were in short supply. The engineers graduating from the colleges were not up to the standard. The companies were unable to get the talent they needed and the students were unable to secure their dream job.
