We provide both soft and hard debt recovery services to a number of leading property management companies and insurance underwriters in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Our office manages the calling of defaulting owners, dispatching letters of demand, negotiating settlements, entering into acknowledgment of debts, the issuing of summons, application and procurement of judgment and the attachment and sale in execution of the debtors moveable and immovable property in order to satisfy the judgment debt. We also sequestrate insolvents. We provide clients with detailed monthly status reports which allows PM’s/trustees/directors to track the pace of progress in ultimately satisfying the outstanding arrears.
