Our team builds on over 30 years of family expertise in private construction. The original company was founded in Ukraine in 1993 by builder Roman Kravz, and continues to operate today. In Croatia, Kraus Haus d.o.o. was established to expand this legacy into the EU market, combining Ukrainian engineering depth with European design culture and local site knowledge. Led by Andrii Kravz, PhD, a construction engineer and senior lecturer in architectural structures, the company is known for its focus on modern, high-end residential buildings that reflect both lifestyle and climate.
