Krifcon

Krifcon is a boutique consulting company offering owners representation, client advisory, program and project management, sustainability, energy efficiency, and LEED consulting worldwide. In addition, Krifcon offers cost and progress monitoring, technical due diligence in connection with project, property and/or portfolio transactions. In some instances Krifcon can also offer agency construction management or provide staff augmentation for larger projects where your organization needs additional experienced and competent leadership, management, and/or assistance in specific areas. We also act as liaison between Scandinavian architect and engineering firms and North American firms and clients and reciprocally between the North American construction industry and Scandinavian firms and clients. We have successfully provided our services for projects located in the United States, Canada, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Japan, and Nicaragua.
