As an engineer and a person who strongly believed in science, I was always keen in understanding science behind everything. I never was happy accepting an answer unless I understood reasons behind it. Whenever traditional living came up as a topic in any casual conversation, I always used to get curious as to how and why did it score over our modern day life, in terms of offering better mental and physical health. Then, at some point, I decided to understand the science behind traditional things. As I started to read more on the subject, I realized how much deep it ran and why was it actually good and beneficial for us to know about it. Vedic living is thoughtful. What we term as wellness today, was actually a way of life. As I tried to live by those principles, my faith in th only increased. There are several myths about Vedic living, which started to get busted as I practiced it. To keep it simple, it isn’t about living in caves, hunt and it raw food.
