I am Kristinawati (Kris) Pim, a former general manager of mining technical services with over 10 years of experience managing a highly professional team and delivering strategic planning direction to mining companies, spanning over 15 years in the mining industry. My background in Bachelor of Mining Engineering (BEng), Master of Business Administration Executive (MBAE), and being a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) informs my awareness of the world's rapid changes, which open up opportunities. I am a forever learner eager to build strong foundations in the digital world, business management, leadership and entrepreneurship. My passion is to help people and organisations cultivate a healthy team culture where creativity is encouraged, enabling individuals to stay innovative and adopt a growth mindset. I am energised by building solid relationships, high-performing teams, and connected communities and creating happiness and positivity wherever I am. I believe in helping others and unlocking their potential, which motivates me. I have hobbies such as travelling, listening to music, hiking, yoga and pilates, and crafting that bring me happiness.
