In Loving Memory of Krishan Patel In memory of Krishan, a 7 year old boy whose bright smile and bubbly personality could light up any room, every fundraising effort we support will be filled with joy, warmth and community spirit, just as he would have wanted. Our Mission: The Krishan Patel Foundation is deeply committed to supporting families who have experienced the unimaginable loss of a child, especially through traumatic circumstances and supporting endeavours to prevent this loss where possible. The Foundation will donate to established charities and programs regionally that provide emotional, practical and long-term support to grieving families. We understand the complexities of such losses and wish to support families who need access to holistic care and guidance, and to support children navigating life in the aftermath of loss, so that they can access trauma-informed care both in schools and at home. The Krishan Patel Foundation is also dedicated to a vision to save lives through world-leading trauma training. It has an established partnership with Aintree Major Trauma Centre, and together we are committed to delivering cutting-edge education that equips trauma teams anywhere with the skills they need to act quickly, confidently and effectively in critical moments for the sickest patients. This partnership is part of Krishan’s legacy — turning loss into lasting impact and helping others survive when every second matters. As part of our commitment to prevention, we support road safety initiatives and community safety efforts to protect lives and reduce the risk of trauma before it occurs. We also support grant applications from organisations whose work reflects our mission and shares our commitment to healing, compassion and community. Through inclusive, fun-filled, community driven fundraising we honour Krishan’s legacy by saving lives, supporting hearts and building a future where no one has to face the loss of a child without help and hope.
