I am a subconscious therapist, licensed acupuncturist, psych-k facilitator, Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, & breathwork guide, who has guided over 28k patients and clients to achieve their life and wellness goals for more than 21 years. Currently, I specialize in neuroplasticity and the nervous system. Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to have and accept a new perception. Neuroscience research shows that perceptions are more impactful than genetics for how we experience life. A regulated nervous system is what helps us feel safe and at home in our bodies and in our lives. This work helps overcome self-sabotaging behavior and limiting beliefs in a simple and unique process. It helps transform trauma and stress so that you can move on and create new experiences in your life.
