Krishna Consciousness Movement

The Krishna consciousness movement is an institution founded on the concrete instructions of the Vedic scriptures, the world’s most ancient and complete books of spiritual science. Comprising of members from the whole world united as congregations with only one desire, i.e. to work for the satisfaction of Krishna. Lord Krishna has promised, yada yada hi dharmasya glanir bhavati bharata abhyutthanam adharmasya tadatmanam srjamy aham “Whenever and wherever there is a decline in religious practice, O descendant of Bharata, and a predominant rise of irreligion—at that time I descend Myself.” (ref. BG 4.7) Scriptures like Narayan Samhita, Srimad Bhagwatam, Padma Purana, Brihanaradiya Puran etc states that Lord Krishna has appeared in Kaliyuga in His Holy name. “In the age of Kali, people should simply chant the holy names of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.” (ref.
