I am naturally a mentor and a coach. I have worked in the corporate world for over 38 years across a variety of industries and towards the last 20+ years specialised in IT Services. With several achievements under my belt, I have discovered my ikigai in coaching & mentoring. I helped conceive & deliver the high impact AIM program at Tech Mahindra. I continue to be associated with TechM in helping to enable their young talent.
