Using the equity from my primary residence in California, almost 20 years ago, I began the adventure of investing in real estate. I started with 2 condos in the Vail Valley. More recently I 1031'd them and turned them into 5 properties located in Tennessee, Texas, Kansas, Alabama, and Arizona. I recently joined forces with Bigger Pockets to learn more about investing and building my portfolio. There is always room to grow! In the meanwhile I manage the properties and daily research what market my next investment will be.
