THE ACCELERATED BASIC COOK TRAINING In the first 8 weeks of the training you come to our cooking studio four days a week, Monday to Thursday. Here the COOKCAMP teachers teach you everything about the work in the kitchen. You get started with many kinds of vegetables, meat and fish and all kinds of spices and herbs. You learn how to apply cooking techniques, how to use and make basic ingredients, how to practice cutting and how to prepare different products and how to prepare well-known and unknown dishes. In addition, you learn how to deal with hygiene in the kitchen and what is expected to work well in a kitchen brigade. Of course theoretical knowledge is needed, but we focus primarily on practice. Working in the kitchen is dynamic. Every day is different.
