Krupa Labequi, a State of Art Facility at Umbergaon with world class technology comparable to World Leaders for manufacturing of vacuum blood collection tubes is the latest venture of GCVL Group in the year 2016.
The said Plant is certified with ISO 9001 : 2008, & ISO 13485 :2012 & the product is CE Certified. All the products of Krupa Labequi are manufactured under Class 10000 Clean Room Facility.
The Vacuum Blood Collection Tubes are produced with PET, which is unbreakable & with clarity.
The Vacuum Tubes are having UV master batch conforming the safety and storage of additives for a longer period. The Vacuum rubber stoppers are made up of Bromo Butyl, ensuring flexibility and vacuuming of World Class. Conventional packing of 1200 tubes per box is ensured with 100 tubes each in EPS trays. The Total manufacturing & packing operation is on fully automatic IVEN machine, without any human intervention.
The Facility is supported by stringent Quality Controls, with QC Laboratory & Microbiology laboratory following stringent quality standards.
