Our Role Involves:
1. Development, implementation and monitoring of the counselling services policy for different institutions
2. Prepare student initial assessment documents for counselling such as Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
3. Assessment of procedures and service standards to ensure the highest standard of student support is delivered
4. To assist students with any problems that they may experience during their studies.
5. To provide appropriate, confidential and effective advice to students to aid in the resolution process
6. To make sure students are progressing towards their academic goals.
7. Providing individualised career planning and counselling to students.
