First : Accounting
1-Bookkeeping, Prepare journal entries and Recording in the official books services.
2-Preparation of closing accounts services for end of period and the preparation of the trial balance for that period.
3-The preparation of financial statements Services (annual / half yearly / quarterly) and complementary notes to those statements.
Second : Auditing
1-The periodic audit of the company’s accounts and books, and confirming the completion of the documentary cycle via several periodic visits by the office representative to the company.
2-Ensuring the correctness of the figures listed in the books and the right classification pursuant to the Egyptian accounting standards to obtain a sound trial balance free from significant and effective errors, and submitting recommendations to the management in connection with the errors noticed.
3-Ensuring the regular recording of the accounts in the official books of the company pursuant the Egyptian laws in force.
4-At the end of the financial year, our office makes sure of preparing the closing accounts, the financial statements and their complementary notes pursuant to the Egyptian accounting standards and consequently our report on the financial statements is prepared including the opinion.
