Founded by Katie Sue Huffman, a Board-Certified Patient Advocate and Certified Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care Trainer, our mission is to guide families through the aging journey with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

We help families understand medical diagnoses, communicate with care teams, and make informed decisions during health crises. Our one-on-one advocacy ensures older adults receive respectful, appropriate care—whether at home, in a hospital, or in senior living.
🔹 Senior Living Placement Support
Need help finding the right assisted living or memory care community? We offer no-cost placement services through our partnership with Assisted Living Locators of West Columbus. We assess your needs, tour with you, and make sure your loved one is safe, supported, and well cared for.
🔹 Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care Education
We teach the nationally required Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Seminar (ADDC) for professionals pursuing their Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) credential. We also offer customized in-services, corporate trainings, and public workshops to make your care team dementia-informed.
🔹 Community Education & Speaking Engagements
We offer engaging seminars on dementia, end-of-life planning, health crisis preparation, and aging in place—empowering families, providers, and organizations with knowledge they can act on.
