KSITEST provides a full-cycle online genomic selection solution for dairy cattle farmers. We cover all genomic selection processes from genotyping to herd analytics and breeder’s strategy development. We provide our customers with actionable insights on herd development strategies based on genomic data and breeding values. Our company started as a start-up in 2019. Since then we’ve built the first and the largest genomic reference database in CIS. It already exceeds 20k genomes and 400k cows and bulls with phenotypes. Our R&D team has already developed genomic evaluations for nine traits and this number is growing. To help our clients to deal with genomic evaluations we also created an economic selection index, which takes into account local prices and economic conditions. With KSITEST online tools farmers can automatically rank animals across the herd, easily pick the best animals for embryo transfer, form a culling list in a few seconds with just two clicks, and find a perfect sire match for their herd to gain more genetic progress. From only one genomic value for milk yield ranking, we evolved into an advanced genomic herd managing service that covers all genomic selection processes, within 3 years.
