Kam’s Tech Talk (ksm1313live) - KTTC is a dynamic, inclusive community built to empower individuals at all stages of their professional journey—especially those exploring or transitioning into Salesforce careers. Founded by Kam Matharu in 2020, what began as a personal mission to support others has grown into a thriving platform rooted in mentorship, collaboration, and community impact. Kam’s Tech Talk supports a diverse audience—from young professionals just starting out, to experienced individuals pivoting into tech, to mothers returning to the workforce. The initiative understands the unique challenges each group faces and provides tailored guidance, resources, and mentorship to help them succeed. Beyond one-on-one coaching, the community expanded its presence through social channels in March 2021, extending its reach and welcoming volunteers, mentors, and learners from all walks of life. For Kam, this work is deeply connected to the Sikh principle of Sewa—selfless service. In Sikhism, Sewa is a spiritual act of helping others without seeking reward. Through coaching, mentoring, and creating space for others to grow, Kam has embraced Sewa as a way of life, transforming Kam’s Tech Talk into more than just a career platform—it’s a mission of giving back, empowering others, and building a stronger, more supportive community.
