KIIT School of Law is ranked 11 as per NIRF (MHRD. Govt. of India) Rankings for Law Schools for 2024. It is a premier Law institute in the state of Odisha, India, which has established itself as a pivotal Institution of excellence, scholarship and rigour among the law institutions of the third generation. Students from several states across the country and abroad study here, enriching the teaching-learning ambience and experience at the School. The School has more than 60 full time faculties imparting a skill-focused and professionally relevant legal education to more than 1400 students studying in different programmes and courses. At present, we offer 5 year undergraduate programme in law, 1 year LL.M programme, and doctoral programme as well. In the undergraduate programme, we offer BA.LLB(Hons.), BBA.LLB(Hons.) and B.Sc. LLB(Hons.). As part of the honours programme, students have the choice of specializing in any one of the following honours courses - Business Law, International Law, Crime and Criminology, Intellectual Property Law, Taxation Law and Constitutional Law. The School offers different avenues to students to actively pursue co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, and at present hosts its own National level competitions in the following areas - Moot Court; Trial Advocacy; Parliamentary Debate.
