KTDA Foundation

KTDA Foundation Limited is a not for profit subsidiary of the Kenya Tea Development Agency (Holdings) Limited. The Foundation was incorporated on the 17th April 2010 under the Companies’ Act (Cap 486) as a company limited by guarantee. As a corporate foundation, the Foundation is a vehicle through which KTDA Holding and its subsidiaries carry out Corporate Social Responsibility which is today transforming to social entrepreneurship with “select” aspects of philanthropy. The key objective of the Foundation is to initiate interventions that improve the welfare of smallholders’ tea farmers in Kenya through strategic partnerships. We work with over 611, 000 smallholder tea farmers and with reach of over 3 million community members across the 16 tea growing counties in Kenya.
