kTech Manufacturing Ltd

kTech manufacturing was established in late 2017, and is the culmination of an project which began 18 months earlier with an idea for a new range of products, using the 221 series of connectors from Wago. A prototype was made, and, in a very nervous meeting it was presented to Wago UK. They liked the idea. They liked it very much indeed. In fact they liked it so much they immediately commissioned us to work on a second product. In October 2018, as our first product is due to hit the shelves, we have new, larger premises, with in house R&D facilities including 3D CAD modelling, laser cutting and a 3D printing, right in the centre of our home town of Stockport. We have established a network of talent, some from partner companies, and many independent workers to assist in the drive to grow and support the company. We believe passionately in UK manufacturing and so joined the ‘Made in Britain’ trade association, both as a symbol of our commitment and to support the Association’s work.
