Kuang Yung Machinery Co., Ltd. has been specialized in the design and production of high quality sawing machines for the woodworking industry. We are the second woodworking machinery manufacturer in Taiwan since 1960. Our products include CNC Cut-off Saws, Movable Multiple Rip Saws, Multiple Rip Saws and Straight Line Rip Saws. The first time to participate LIGNA Hannover in Germany was in 1995 and we exhibit the machines every time after. Kuang Yung acquired German TÜV Rheinland® ISO9001 certification in2002 and starts manufacturing smart machines. We begin technical cooperated with USA and UK that improves technology and promotes machine performance since 2007 and cooperated with universities in Taiwan that meets the ISO concept of continuous improvement. The first 3D Image Scanning Rip Saw System was sold in Asia in 2019. Products sold to Germany, USA, Italy, Spain, UK, Japan and more than 50 countries in the world. The best cost-performance ratio machine provides budget saving and good quality ripping boards. The boards can be Edge glue directly after ripping without extra planing of material wasting. Smart machine can help you for reducing labors and saving energy. As for our movable saws, one movable saw can replace 3~5 machines of single rip saws or multiple rip saws with the same productivity. It also reduces 5~10 personnel in total. The smart machine is also helpful for your inventory control by the report that generated by the program which is nearly zero inventory in your stock. The scanner system with movable rip saw can avoid wood defect and gain the best yield with higher productivity. You can gain 7~10% higher yield with auto infeed system comparing to traditional infeed systems. The auto skewing system will gain 2~3% of the board yield.You can rip 10~12 boards/minute.
