Deforestation and formaldehyde contained in regular boards made from wood, bamboo, or other popular materials cause both a negative impact on our ecological system and human health. The formaldehyde causes emissions that promote carcinogenesis (i.e. causing cancer). Furniture makers consider the carcinogenic factor impelled by this formaldehyde in their furniture as a serious problem for themselves and their customers. Especially for kid’s furniture, the concerns are higher than in the normal market.
KubEco developed a solution for this: CocoWood boards. We are producing standard-sized boards of 122x244cm, in various thicknesses ranging from 0.5 to 20mm, which are currently used in furniture products, flooring, and other construction jobs. Hereby, the product has a wide range of applications globally.
