Kudzu Homes is a specialized real estate development company focused on the construction, renovation, selling and renting of homes in Nashville's diverse urban neighborhoods. We buy, build and renovate homes in East Nashville, Sylvan Park, Historic West Town, Woodbine, 12 South, Germantown & emerging core communities. We have been recognized multiple times for our preservation work by the Metro Nashville Historical Commission and strive to construct or restore contributing homes in a way that maintains the harmony and feel of existing neighborhoods by following the adage "Build Like You Live Next Door". Kudzu Real Estate, Inc was officially formed in March of 2007 by Bob Potter and Rachel Swann Potter. Both have been active investors in the Nashville real estate market for since 1999. With a passion to return older homes to their former glory and a desire to keep affordable housing options available, Kudzu was born. Both quit their 9-5 corporate jobs and moved back to Nashville in order to focus solely on the development of Kudzu Real Estate.
