and cross boarder ecommerce. Our shops regularly place on TOP3 “Shop of the Year” in their respective category,

Our strategy for growth is expansion to new countries, setting up a local e‐shop with local people and office, and
gradually building up our reputation. We’ve launched the first shops in 5 countries in May 2014. From only one
product (Apple iPhone 5S) we rapidly grew to 80 employees, 7 offices and 25k monthly orders in May 2017. We
aim to reach 500 Million customers in 28 EU countries and fulfil one Million orders a year with 350 Million Euros
turnover.
We are looking for suppliers and partners that will place their goods into our warehouse. Products will be offered
in 15 eshops in Germany, France, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland (UK coming soon). They will
also appear on all local marketplaces and price comparison sites like Ceneo.pl, Arukereso.hu, Heureka.cz, Billiger.de,
Pixmania.fr and many others. Simultaneously we will offer the products on Amazon, Amazon Prime, eBay, etc.
Kulm LLC is a 100% daughter company of Turbado LLC and its main role is to centralize all purchasing of the Turbado
group. Buying from suppliers across Europe, receiving goods to the group’s warehouses, packing for the final
customers and shipping out by local couriers. Kulm LLC is incorporated in Wyoming USA, has a European branch in
Slovakia, it has an office and employees, has EU VAT numbers in several countries, including Germany and Czech
Republic.
