Inception our organization was with basic forge shop equipped with 1.5 ton hammer, steel cutting, grinding facilities and a small dedicated team along with two strong experienced directors incorporated in 1999 with an Since then we have grown dynamically over the period of years to reach a podium where we proudly announce us as a one stop solution for manufacturing forged &machined components straight from design to a fully finished product. During our journey we accomplished ISO certification for our organization, created a strong and professional outlook in the market, incorporated numerous process improvement & new technologies to position ourselves among the prime SME’s in the industry. In 2006, with strategic support of L&T Tractor Engineers Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Larson & Tubro Ltd. We created altogether a new facility with improved machineries and brand new facility with 3 Ton hammer induction electric furnace and CNC & VMC machines. We have been brought up with continuously learning & development towards excellence and customer satisfaction. Today, ”Kumars Forge & Valves” is one of the few producers of extremely high quality forged products certified with ISO 9001-2015 TUV , OHSAS 18001:2007 and IBR approval.
