Kumul Technology Development Corporation (KTDC) is a state-owned enterprise in Papua New Guinea, created through a partnership between the Department of Information Communication Technology (DICT) and Kumul Consolidated Holdings (KCH). Tasked with managing the Government-to-Citizen (G2C), Government-to-Business (G2B), and Government-to-Government (G2G) eGovernment Portals, KTDC aims to enhance digital service delivery across the nation. KTDC's innovative digital ID (SevisPass) and payment systems (SevisPay) promote financial inclusion and streamline interactions between citizens, businesses, and government entities.
