Café Berio Berlin is the oldest coffee house in Berlin-Schöneberg. The name “Berio” comes from the Italian operator at the time, Frederico Berio. The long history of the café makes Café Berio Berlin a real institution in Schöneberg’s Regenbogen-Kiez. Despite this remarkable history, Café Berio Berlin has never lost a connection with modern times. Since 2010, the gallery “Kunst im Raum” has been part of the house with changing exhibitions of young, up-and-coming artists.
