KUO-HO Technical Ceramic Company established at 1993 in Taiwan who professionally manufactures the CEROLLEX ceramic roller for roller kilns and endeavor the R&D in hi-technology material as porous ceramics in environment protection, glass panel and metal treatment use.
The roller kiln offers the efficient way to produce ceramic tile, house ware, artistic ceramic, glass and metal heat treatment which conveys the bodies by rolling the roller and fires in high temperature (1000℃-1300℃); therefore, these ceramic roller must possess the strength to resist bending in hi-temperature firing with heavy loading. Moreover, these ceramic rollers are inserted and extracted repeatedly in varied temperature condition, so that they need the excellent thermal shock resistance.
KUO-HO Technical Ceramic Company uses the high purity material and rigidly controls manufacturing process to produce the high quality ceramic rollers CEROLLEX KH757、KH757A and KH767 are positively accepted in the roller kilns and refractory industry. KH666 posses excellent heat conduction as well as thermal shock resistance whichis suitable to be used in rapid cooling area to improve the tile flatness. KH777 with low porosity and high strength, is able to avoid the problem of roller surface stuck by melting impurity and to reduce sulphonated crack in improper firing atmosphere.
