The KUSO team have a wealth of experience, over 50 years, within the built and civil engineering environments. Covering small to major projects in the rail, marine, highways, reinforced concrete, commercial construction, renewable energy, demolition, and retail sectors. The KUSO team understand that, at first, the route to positive compliance and control within the temporary works space can seem daunting and if the correct controls are not in place this could lead to a series of significant delays on a project. The KUSO team have developed policies and procedures, along with their associated forms, an engineering design department, and a training department for that includes initial and continuous professional development of the Designated Individuals (D.I.), Temporary Works Coordinators (TWC) and Temporary Works Supervisors (TWS) to ensure that your company becomes and remains compliant and your staff confident that they can successfully execute their duties in the important roles they have been nominated for. Lately, the KUSO team have added Lifting operations management, lifting plans and Appointed Person (A.P.) training (NVQ Assessment). This service has been developed as a direct response from our clients’ needs.
