Leadership-Mentorship Program

The Leadership-Mentorship Program is the first initiative of its kind in Kuwait to focus exclusively on leadership development through structured, high-impact mentorship. Founded and chaired by Ms. Jamilah Gh. AlOtaibi, the program is built on a strategic framework and strengthened by institutional partnerships to ensure practical, experience-based learning that reflects the realities of leadership—not just its theory. Every element—from program design to mentor engagement—is rooted in real-world application, equipping participants with the mindset, skills, and tools to lead effectively in dynamic environments. While inspired by Kuwait’s national vision, the program is designed for broader scalability—laying the foundation for regional and global reach. د البرنامج الإرشادي القيادي الأول من نوعه في الكويت، حيث يركّز بشكل حصري على تطوير القيادات من خلال الإرشاد المهني المنهجي والعالي التأثير. تأسّس البرنامج وتترأسه الأستاذة جميلة غازي العتيبي، ويستند إلى إطار عمل استراتيجي يُعزّز بالشراكات المؤسسية، لضمان تجربة تعليمية واقعية تُحاكي التحديات الحقيقية للقيادة. فجميع مكونات البرنامج — من التصميم إلى اختيار المرشدين — ترتكز على التطبيق العملي، مما يوفّر للمشاركين الأدوات والمهارات اللازمة للتميّز في بيئات متغيّرة. وانطلاقاً من رؤية وطنية، صُمم البرنامج ليكون قابلاً للتوسّع إقليمياً ودولياً، نحو تأثير أوسع وأعمق.
