Kvinder i Finans (KiF) is an association that aims to increase the talent pool, and the number of women working in Private Equity & Investment Banking. At the same time, KiF works to retain these women in the industry, by establishing a broader network of like-minded people, where women can develop both professionally and personally started by Merle Victoria Price and Nina Olesen.
Since 2019 we have grown from 9 to 105 members, and helped +45 students succeed on a career in Private Equity, and Investment Banking through our mentor programme (see more on our website).
