In 2011, The group has emerged out as a separate entity from Ambica Food Group (established in 1976 ) which was pioneer in parboiled rice production in Gujarat state of India.
In 1980, the founder of the group, Mr. Vipin Patel is a person who first time brought the technology of parboiling of rice to Gujarat in and now in 2017 the Bavla village of Gujarat has become one of the prominent center for production of parboiling rice in INDIA with more than 200 rice mills in Bavla and nearby villages.
Mr. Vipin Patel has also served as a one of the director of Kalupur Commercial Co. Op Bank and the member of Bavla Grain Merchant association.
In 2013, The Trio of a Father and two sons , Mr, Manish Patel and Mr. Krunal Patel has decided to go for a green initiative called KV Metachem to process Rice husk ash and other nonhazardous waste and turn them into the most valuable raw material or additives which can be used in the production of Building & Construction Raw Material such as Ready Concrete Mixes, Precast Refractory Products , Paints & metallurgical additives for steel making.
Mr. Krunal Patel is a head of manufacturing is very much conscious about the producing the best quality product by strictly following the standards described in respective industry handbooks. He's studied in detail no. of research papers and industry white papers to prepare the top notch products for Building Construction raw material and additives for steel making industry.
