Kwaliance is a newly created business law firm in January 2023 in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire with a presence in Paris. More than an ambition, Kwaliance is the testimony of an upcoming generation of African professionals willing to demonstrate, their legal know-how with strength and talent with a view to enabling transactions’ success in their jurisdictions. At the heart of this firm's business law expertise: advising public and private clients, financial and banking institutions in the implementation of their projects in Cote d'Ivoire and in the OHADA region. Kwaliance’s teams provide transactional legal assistance to a wide range of clients including in corporate law, M&A, private equity, banking, and finance, fintech, capital markets, project development and financing (in energy, infrastructure, PPP, natural resources - oil, mining, gas and agriculture sectors), OHADA law, investment and market entry in the region.
