By 1995, Kwality Balls began importing state-of-the-art equipment and machinery to manufacture steel balls above 3MM, which served as a catalyst for the company's rise in the market and its continued expansion of manufacturing centers.
In 2000, the company received the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 certification, an international standard for quality management systems, which allowed the company to spread its wings and initiate the export of steel balls to the highly developed markets of the USA and Europe, where demand for these products was far higher.
