KYC Solutions is the division of the Inquesta Corporation dedicated to fingerprinting, drug testing, and verifications and background checks related to employment, contracting, tenancy and due diligence research.” Inquesta was established in 2001 as a private investigations and security consulting company. It has grown to provide a range of risk control and management services including KYC Solutions, which was first established as a line of business of Inquesta in 2007. Because much of the screening industry is regulated through labor and information protection laws, KYC Solutions is headed by Inquesta's General Counsel, Yvonne Fournier-Ferrer, an attorney with over 20 years of experience practicing law in government and the private sector. She is licensed in the State of Florida and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Our officers are former federal agents and government administrators with decades of experience investigating applicants and adjudicating personnel issues in government and business.
