We are a technology startup with an aim to create an ecosystem of individuals and institutions that empowers youth in their Education-to-Employment journey. We use AI to solve problems in "learning and career progression" space and innovate internet for the next billion users. We are currently undergoing incubation with Y Combinator.

We envision to make youth more career equipped and to take well-informed education and career based decisions. Problem
Research shows that the job markets around the world have not kept pace with the shifts in global economy. In fact, 30 to 45 percent of the working-age population is either unemployed, inactive in the workforce, or working on part-time basis. While so many are without work, millions of jobs are vacant and one of the critical reasons for this skill shortage is that education providers, young people, and employers do not understand one another. Also, there is a widespread concern over the potential impact of the fourth Industrial revolution on employment. It is imminent that youth focus on skill adeptness and not just degree accumulation. The key to combating these problems is to create a stronger connection among employers, education providers and youth to build those skills that lead to entry level jobs in growth areas. kydots.ai will create an ecosystem by connecting Youth, Educationists, Private education organizations, Policy makers and Employers to make youth more career equipped.
Solution
Our model uses deep learning that trains on a repository of user data to chart career progression streams for individuals after taking into account their background and characteristics. Besides, we provide an umbrella platform for all the participants by answering critical questions for each one of them like: What is their chosen passion (or career goal)? Who are the smart people around the world whom they can learn from and grow their passion? Where are the opportunities to nurture their passion? And where are the jobs in their chosen passion?
We envision answering these questions not only for Knowledge or Skilled work aspirants but also for pursuers in Sports, Arts and Creative fields.
