Over the years, I’ve supported agencies and nonprofits through transitions, growth, and change — always focused on aligning actions with purpose. Now, with Harris Consulting, I’m extending that work into the private sector: partnering with founders, visionaries, and small businesses who are building the next wave of capability and innovation. One of the things I’ve learned is that visionary leadership isn’t just about ambition or clarity.
