In 2005, I was first introduced and trained in IBM WebSphere a cloud based product category management system for eCommerce. My early career as a creative in consumer arts, product development and design for retail marketing followed by several years of Information Technology following, brings forth over 20 years of proven experience to conceptualize, launch, and redefine products for both creative & technology projects. Having partnered with senior executive leadership, I enable frameworks for business operational road maps to align enterprise governance through knowledge management, problem solving, and mapping initiatives holistically.
