Kymel Trading was established in 2013 by Paul Mackings and Kyle Mackings with the acquisition of Trenchers Restaurant in Whitby and Crab Manor Hotel & Crab and Lobster Restaurant in Asenby, North Yorkshire. Kymel are proud to have been chosen by North Tyneside Council to be the operator of the renovated historic Spanish City site in Whitley Bay.
They aim to bring back the former glory of this historic building with a selection of high quality brands including a very unique function space, two iconic restaurant brands and a luxe Champagne and Oyster Bar. Completion is scheduled for the summer of 2018.
