KYM Holdings Bhd ("KYM") is an investment company based out at Level 17, KYM Tower, No. 8, Jalan PJU 7/6, Mutiara Damansara, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor At inception, KYM was principally involved in the manufacture and marketing of industrial paper bags and paper egg trays. In 1986, we expanded into the manufacture of corrugated carton boxes with a focus on the Southern region of Peninsular Malaysia. In 1994, we expanded our market, penetrating the Central and Northern regions. Two years later, in 1996, we expanded our multiwall industrial paper bag manufacturing facilities, establishing new markets in Northern Peninsular Malaysia via the acquisition of a 100% share in industrial paper packager, Hasrat Meranti Sdn Bhd. Today, brand names like Farmgold, Superflex, Hercules, Castle, Permex and Primefix stand for the quality, integrity and durability that Hasrat’s products have come to be known for in the market. With our core business being in the design, manufacture and marketing of corrugated fibreboards, carton boxes and multi-wall industrial paper bags, we are today the largest independent paper sack converter in Southeast Asia in terms of volume, producing on average 80 million to 90 million bags annually.
