My family has been eating these meals for years at “Family” gatherings and holidays; I wanted to find a way to bring them into our home and the homes of other families for nightly dinner. I am a stay at home mom, but a full time volunteer in the mental health field, so being kind to myself and living real expectations is extremely important.
